Pastor Dr. Bobby Kirkley brings to his teaching a humility and openness that proceeds from an honest walk with the Father. Though Pastor Bobby’s teaching is biblically no-nonsense, his delivery is filled with God’s forgiveness, mercy, grace, and agape love. His ministry of the Word and the Spirit releases the prisoner from shackles of fear and wrong thinking, and propels them into the purposes of God. Through the authority of the Holy Spirit, he is able to equip believers for the service of the Lord and His coming glory. Pastor Bobby was given the passage of II Corinthians 5:18-20 as a foundation for his ministry. God gave him the following points of ministry for these scriptures; and the cry that God has put in his heart for His people, “Be ye reconciled to God!” He received his bachelors degree from Eastern New Mexico University in Sociology and continued  his educational studies receiving his masters degree in ministry a doctorate degree in Theology from White Horse School of Ministry.

Pastor Bobby is married to his beautiful wife, Martha Ruth, who is an intercessor, a psalmist and prophetess in her own right. They are an example of Genesis 1:26-28 where they were called by God to subdued and take dominion for the advanced of the Kingdom of God.

They both have been a part of the pastoral team at White Horse Christian Center since 2004. They have been happily married since August 7, 1993 and have two children and five  grandchildren.
